A bilingual school operating platform built for Cameroon’s real system, from nursery competency-based assessment to technical Baccalauréat results, in FCFA, in English and French.
The challenge
In many Cameroonian schools, report cards still take weeks. Marks are copied by hand from six sequences into master sheets, then into booklets. One wrong coefficient ranks a whole class wrongly.
Proprietors often learn the day’s collections only when the bursar reports, parents phone the school for every balance or result, and foreign software built around GPAs and semesters does not fit the Cameroonian system at all.
What we built
We built EduManager Pro as two computer-science teachers who are also software engineers, people who have marked the scripts and chased the marks. The platform follows the school’s real structure: levels, subjects, coefficients, sequences, terms, council decisions and official report-card formats.
Teachers enter marks from any phone browser inside a window the school opens. Averages, ranks and decisions compute instantly, and a whole class’s official PDF booklets (with letterhead, motto, stamp and signatures) generate in one click.
